How it works

What happens
after you send
your schedule?

Four stages. Clear decisions along the way. Here’s what we need from you, what we do, and when you decide to proceed.

No account needed. Sending your files is not an order.

01 / Send & review

Start with
what you have.

Send your schedule or drawings with your contact details. We review the scope, quantities and timing, then follow up by email with questions and next steps.

What to include in your schedule →

You share

Your material schedule, plans or specifications. Add your site location and required timing if you know them.

We review

The items, quantities, finishes and missing information. We clarify what can be sourced and what needs more detail.

Before the next stage

A shared understanding of your brief and the information needed to seek pricing.

02 / Source & decide

Know what you’re
agreeing to.

We approach suitable manufacturers for the agreed scope and bring the options back to you. Review the scope, pricing, service fees and payment terms with us before deciding to proceed.

We bring together

The proposed materials, specifications, pricing and available timing, with the inclusions and exclusions made clear.

You decide

Ask questions, request changes and confirm the commercial terms. Any substitutions or changes to the scope need to be agreed.

Before the next stage

You agree the order scope and terms. An enquiry alone does not authorise an order.

03 / Approve & produce

Resolve the details.
Then produce.

If you proceed, we agree the samples, drawings and checks your order needs. Your project team confirms the relevant dimensions and selections before production.

You confirm

The material, colour and finish, together with the relevant drawings and site measurements. Tell us about changes before the order moves forward.

We coordinate

The agreed requirements with the manufacturers and the production updates. We review the available evidence against the approved details before shipment.

Before the next stage

The agreed checks are reviewed and any outstanding questions are raised before shipment is arranged.

04 / Coordinate delivery

Plan the arrival.
Keep everyone informed.

Your one Paradigm contact coordinates the suppliers and your project team around the agreed delivery arrangements.

Packing
Confirm the protection and packing requirements for the materials.
Freight
Coordinate transport, available timing and the agreed delivery scope.
Your site
Confirm the receiving contact, site access and unloading arrangements with your team.
Throughout your project

Updates come by email. Your private project page shows the progress and files shared with you. Secure access is optional.
